System requirements on Steam
The exact Steam requirements block, field by field, including the three fields the studio has left blank, plus what DirectX 12 and 20 GB actually imply.
Steam lists 8 GB RAM, DirectX 12 and 20 GB of storage for Windows, with the OS, processor and graphics fields left empty. There is no recommended spec published yet, so a laptop that meets 8 GB is the only claim you can make.

Steam has a requirements block for this game, and it is unusually honest: three fields are filled in and three are empty. That is not a mistake on the store page — it is what the studio has published so far. Here is the block exactly as it appears, plus what the filled fields actually imply.
The block as published
| Field | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| OS | (blank on Steam) | Not published |
| Processor | (blank on Steam) | Not published |
| Memory | 8 GB RAM | Not published |
| Graphics | (blank on Steam) | Not published |

What the three filled fields tell you
8 GB RAM. That is the current floor for a mid-size 3D game on Windows. It rules out nothing modern and it tells you the game is not aiming at a 16 GB minimum, which is a good sign for laptops.
DirectX 12. This is the more restrictive line. DX12 means Windows 10 or 11 with a GPU that supports feature level 12_0 — broadly, anything from the last eight years. It also means the game will not run on the DX11-only integrated graphics in older budget laptops.
20 GB of storage. A normal size for a stylised 3D roguelite. It is small enough to fit on a laptop SSD next to other games, and large enough that you should not plan on installing it to a nearly full drive.
What you cannot know yet
| Question | Status |
|---|---|
| Which CPUs are supported | Not published |
| Which GPUs are supported | Not published |
| Whether an SSD is required | Not published |
| Whether the game runs on Steam Deck | No compatibility rating exists |
| Recommended spec | Not published |
| Mac or Linux support | Steam lists Windows only |
The absence of a graphics line is the one that will matter most at launch, because GPU requirements are where a stylised game either runs on anything or demands a 3060. Until the studio fills that field, the safest assumption is that a DX12-capable GPU from the last few years is the target, and older integrated graphics are a gamble.
How to check your own machine in two minutes
- Windows version: press
Win + R, typewinver. You need Windows 10 or 11 for DirectX 12. - GPU and VRAM:
Win + R, typedxdiag, open the Display tab. Look at the feature levels listed — anything that tops out below 12_0 will not run a DX12-only game. - RAM: Task Manager, Performance tab, Memory. If it reads 8.0 GB, you are exactly at the published minimum with nothing left for the browser.
- Free space: check the drive you install games on for at least 25 GB free, not 20 — patches and shader caches need headroom.
When this page changes
The requirements block is the single most likely thing on the store page to be rewritten before release: studios routinely leave it thin until a launch window is fixed. This page will be re-read whenever the store page changes, and the checked date at the top is how you know whether it is current. If you want a notification instead of a bookmark, the wishlist page explains which channel actually emails you.
